Acoustic Guitar Stand

I've Been To A Few Concerts And Have Seen The Roadie Come Out With An Acoustic Guitar Placed On A Stand, But It Was Diagonal And Up High Enough For The Guitar Player To Just Lean Over A Little And Play The Acoustic While Having The Electric Still Around His Shoulders. I Want To Know What Those Are So I Can But One, Or How Do You Do That?
